DrTrupti Sakhare:A Doctorate in Management having 13 years of Teaching and Administrative experience. Highly motivated, innovative skillful and committed HEI Professor. Passionate about delivering lectures to students, focused and determined to promote student improvement through continuous academic progress. Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. She has published various research papers in the field of Management Education, attended numerous training programs, workshops, courses and FDPs from the institutes of repute on diverse topics of Higher Education. She is skilled with various Certifications in demand. An active team member having experience in Research Work, Project Proposals and Quality Assurance in Education.A player at heart and bearing the spirit of Career Growth to win the life’s game is her core focus.

FACILITIES:
The department well equipped with the physical resources which includes the ICT facilities sufficient numbers such as Computers, Projectors, Laptops, Digital Boards and Music System as effecting Teaching Learning Aids. The department undertake its effort to make learning more effective through implementing the student centric approach. The methods used are Case Study, Quiz Competitions both Inter and Intracollegiate, sharing Classroom Videos, Role playing and Simulations, Assignments and Presentations and Movie Presentations. The department holds its Departmental Library to facilitate student for effective learning and knowledge enhancement. The library consists of varied books in the arears of Novels, Self-Development Books, Subjective and others. In all there are approximately 400 plus books present.Every year the department organizes both the local and national level Industrial visits for the students to enhance learning beyond classrooms. The visit aimed towards building strong foundation for the experiential learning and widening the critical thinking horizons of the students. To elevate the knowledge of the students’ various workshops are being organized for the students on different subjects like Research Methodology, Placement Training Programs etc. To build up strong knowledge and understanding of the students different guest lectures and seminars are being organized with eminent speakers on recent topics which are the need of hour. To highlight on the department runs the Mentor Mentee Scheme with the faculty members who guide and support their Mentees as per the need of the students. Various program and counselling session are being undertaken in this to facilitate the Mentee for his overall development. The department is keen to interact with the stakeholders of the college hence PTMs are organized wherein the critical issues are identified and resolved.Recently the Department is collaborated with The Leaf – Plant Your Love firm under which the students have contributed their efforts towards contributing to Sustainable initiatives by promoting “SEED GANESHA” under the firm for celebrating the Ganesh Utsav 2023. The initiative was promoted by the students through Slogans and Classroom presentations. Not only this student also participated in other activities like Eco Friendly Diwali Gift hampers and New Year Seed Calendars have also been promoted in line with the same. We are proud of our students for being sensitive towards planet Earth and contributing their energies for environmental protection.So far the department is in process of converting its few program into Best Practices few mentioned are:
