About Department-
Management education has been the forte of Dada Ramchand Bakhru Sindhu Mahavidyalaya. To cater the growing needs and provide Management education to future generation, we have introduced BBA course program in the year 2007-2008. We were among the earliest institutions to sow the seeds of Management education in undergraduate programs in Rashtra Sant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University. We at Dada Ramchand Bakhru Sindhu Mahavidyalaya not only offer a focused course with general management common to all, but students also undertake courses in their area of specialization in last semester.

We ensure that the essence of the curriculum has reached the students through adoption of a multi-pronged methodology of teaching. Through process-mapping exercises and regular internship opportunities, we guarantee corporate exposure for our students. Our long-standing commitment to diversity is a mindset we hold high regard. The difference in opinion, convictions, economic background, gender, & nationality breathes life into our campus community while bringing out the best in our students. Over the year many eminent staff members with good academic achievements have joined and have led a hand for expansion of the department, under the masterly guidance of our Officiating Principal Dr V. M. Pendsey. Department is currently headed by Assistant Professor Pranay Vinayak Wankhede who has a vast knowledge of academic and industry, Mastered in Management and Commerce both and Qualified NET and SET in both the fields. He has written 8 Books and research Papers in the field of Management, Commerce & Economics. Staff of Department comprises of Dr Trupti Sakhrae , Mr Deepak Gehani and Ms Poorvi Tiwari, in which Dr Trupti is a distinguish academician and a gigantic experience in Management Studies and Environmental Sciences and is a research scholar in Rashtra Sant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University.
Departmental Library- About 50 books are available.
ICT and IT infrastructure – Department is equipped with both Digital and traditional Classrooms, LCD Projectors Laptops and Computers.
Evaluation – Regular unit test, surprise test, terminal examination.
Research activity- Faculty members are working hard to enhance research activity of department. Regularly attend and present papers in conferences, workshops and symposiums. Published research papers in national and international journals.
Mentor- Mentee – Teachers regularly interact with students through this scheme and solve their problems.
